Best Chines Chicken Fried Rice
The home cooked dish is Chinese chicken fried rice. Consider a bowl of boiling white rice, cooked to the perfect
consistency and filled with meat and vegetables. It's no surprise that fried
rice is among the most popular rice recipes on the planet! The benefit of
chicken fried rice for the home chef is that it is incredibly flexible.
It's ideal for those evenings once you're cleaning out the fridge and need to
get away of any extra meat or vegetables, just like chow mien.
Recipe of Chicken Fried Rice:
Ingredients:
Rice ---- 1 kg
Chicken (boneless herbs) ---- half a kilo
Salt ---- to taste
Squeeze garlic --- one teaspoon
Green onions (finely chopped) ---- three to four pieces
Carrots (finely chopped) ---- Two pieces
Cabbage (finely chopped) ---- a small number
Vinegar ----- 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce ---- four tablespoons
Crushed white pepper ----- a tablespoon
Sugar ---- a tablespoon
Chicken Powder ----- a teaspoon
Eggs ----- Three pieces
Cooking oil ---- four to six tablespoons.
Method of cooking chicken fried rice:
Boil the
rice, rinse with water, cover and refrigerate for four to six hours
Heat the
cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat for two to three minutes. Add the
garlic and fry for one to two minutes. Then add the chicken and fry till the
chicken's water dries.
Then add
rice and mix with the help of two spoons till the rice is well heated.
Add cauliflower,
carrots and green onions to the rice and mix well. After one minute add salt,
sugar, white pepper and chicken powder and mix well.
Beat the
eggs lightly with salt and a pinch of white pepper and pour over the rice.
Finally add vinegar and soy sauce and mix well.
Delicious
